Another bout of opinion, but one thing I think you should know before starting is that tulpamancy is not "magic". A lot of guides act like if you force for X hours you start hearing a voice out of nowhere, but tulpamancy is a lot more subtle and slow to pick up than that. It starts with a small seed of doubt for some of your thoughts, and it grows from there, it isn't a sudden alien presence (for most people).

Also, there are some who think that tulpamancy is literally magic, you can check out the metaphysics channel to see those sorts mulling about/get their opinions. I mean magic in the more figurative sense of "super easy and sudden" than what they are talking about.

Oh, I see. I never had that issue, but if I did, I would simply try to refocus and let go of that, until it was a habit to just allow it to happen naturally. (edited)

I personally don't think meditation and tulpamancy are beneficial for one another beyond the ability to keep a mind free of music when you are trying to active force.

I can kind of see what you're talking about, when i'm awake my eyes tend to want to be "open" and when I am tired they want to be closed

I believe the iontended use is to sit in front of it with your eyes closed for the entire duration, or to sleep with it on loop.

Well, fed went a little crazy. He tried to brainwash himself into a fantasy world he actually believed with fictional parents and fictional friends and fictional life. And it half worked. He lost his shit and fled the community in shame.
